



Dr. Aaron received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and then went on to dental school at Harvard University where he graduated magna cum laude with a Doctorate in Medical Dentistry. Following dental school, Aaron returned to the University of Michigan to complete his orthodontic training and received a Master of Science in Orthodontics.
Throughout his academic experience, Dr. Aaron sought out challenging research opportunities. For his research in the field of bone stem cell biology, he received the prestigious Milo Hellman Award, which is given for the top research in the nation by the American Association of Orthodontists. He is a published author with more than 20 peer-reviewed articles and has spoken both nationally and internationally on his research.
Soon after orthodontic residency, he passed the American Board of Orthodontics Exam. He is also Invisalign, Harmony, and Incognito (hidden braces) certified, and regularly studies the latest research to provide the most advanced and evidence-based care to his patients.
Dr. Aaron is happily married to Elizabeth, an Emergency Room physician. They have three amazing girls, Nina, Olivia, and Mia as well as two Golden Retrievers named Ollie and Romeo.
Dr. Dave graduated from Romeo Senior High School as valedictorian. Thereafter, he attended the University of Michigan and achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with high distinction. Dr. Dave continued his training at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he received numerous academic and clinical accolades, and graduate at the top of his class in 2006. He was also inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society based on his academic achievements.
Following dental school, Dr. Dave remained at the University of Michigan for his orthodontics degree and graduated with a Master of Science in Orthodontics. His academic research focused on facial and smile aesthetics, a topic that continues to draw his interest today. Like Dr. Aaron, Dr. Dave passed the American Board of Orthodontics Exam.
Dr. Dave has two amazing children. A daughter, Kennedy, and a son, Christopher.
Dr. Nicholas Ancona is a lifelong metro Detroiter and grew up down the street in Warren Michigan. He did all of his education downtown, starting at Wayne State University. There he eared dual Bachelor of Science degrees while publishing multiple research papers in prestigious organic/inorganic chemistry journals. Dr. Ancona then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating top of his class and earning multiple academic awards. He remained at Detroit Mercy for his Orthodontic Residency where he again published research papers, this time on malocclusion genetics and TMJ anatomy. As a resident his achievements were showcased through presentations at renowned conferences and honored with awards like the William R. Proffitt Resident Scholarship Award.
Dr. Fenn found her passion for dentistry early when she was the valedictorian of her class at the local Eisenhower High School. She went on to excel at Michigan State University (Go Green!) where she accepted an invitation to be a member of the renowned Lyman Briggs College and Honors College. Dr. Fenn graduated with honors after only three years and went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy. After graduating at the top of her class, she pursued her dream of becoming a world-class orthodontist when she earned her Master of Science in Dentistry and a Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Colorado. Dr. Fenn obtained the highest certification any orthodontist can receive from the American Board of Orthodontics. She is also an active member of several orthodontic and dental societies, including the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Fenn doesn’t let her busy practice stop her from having a healthy and flourishing personal life. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Kenneth, who is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist, and young son, Jackson. In her downtime, Dr. Fenn enjoys cheering on the Spartans or Detroit Lions, hiking, traveling, and cooking new recipes! She likes to stay active and spend time outside with family and friends. Most importantly, she’s always working towards the betterment of the local community that raised her. High-quality orthodontics is just one of the many ways she does that.
Dr. Thomas Paron grew up in Saginaw, MI and attended Alma College for his undergraduate education, then attended the University of Michigan for his Dental School and went on to complete his Masters in Orthodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy. He has a strong interest in modern digital technologies and the option of offering treatment without the use of traditional braces. Dr. Paron has been certified as a diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontists.
